print cartridge problems - Microsoft Community

just installed new print cartridges on hp 5510 series printer , won't print full line, looks running out of ink rather being new cartridges. have cleaned print heads , done have been instructed no avail. please help!

hi have seen problem before. new hp cartridges can defective. try hp print , scan doctor, i'm thinking have bad cartridges.
