i have completed upgrade online prompted faced log in screen requesting other user username , password not have.

any suggestions how past screen welcome!

hi michael,

the issue you're experiencing possible result of corrupted user profile. can have (other user) removed. found thread (see deepika gowda's response). provides information on how delete or remove user account. other community members find helpful. give try.

let know happens after deleting "other user" account.
