Missing Regsvr32 Initpki.dll, cannot configure router - Microsoft Community

windows 10, latest update (creators edition, assume).

i need sign linksys smart router configure stuff using ciscoconnectcloud.com (the default site internal changes). default web browser firefox. error "peer’s certificate has been revoked. error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate"

my time , date correct, region.

i've gone through troubleshooting steps in firefox, checked in linksys issues , have taken troubleshooting steps in microsoft until "regsvr32 initpki.dll " module error message cannot mount program.
i'm having no trouble other web site.

there suggestions in community pages, vista , 7, , know there lot of changes in 10, i'm not try them in application.

i cannot try , connect in edge, because can't into, or download, edge.

how can specific web site?
