Laptop freezing after login.... - Microsoft Community

hi,

im not sure whats happened of sudden when turn laptop on, starts fine, can login, icons appear etc... cannot click on ... spinning thing....

please help!!!

if go safemode .... can click on everything....it seems work....no problem...

i can’t seem figure whats going wrong... fine yesterday....

any segestions? need fix this...i need laptop work!!!

based on information have provided in post; need further investigation. assist better, we'd know following:

  • were there external devices connected computer when happened?
  • have installed software?
  • which version of windows 10 installed? check, click start menu , go settings > system > about, check version.
  • are getting error messages when trying perform actions? if so, these actions , particular error message?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
     

we'll wait response.
