Cant move mouse while holding down a key/ windows 10! - Microsoft Community

i have problem when hold down key , mouse doesn't respond, have tried go pointers on click pad settings reason not have palm check thing. mouse settings little different ones have seen in videos, please asap !!

there several factors may cause issue. better isolate problem, suggest answer following questions:   

  • what key pressing when mouse becomes unresponsive?
  • which windows 10 version , build is installed on device?
  • what device make , model?
  • how connect mouse device? (usb, or wireless)
