Windows 10 Fall Creators repetitive sync problems with Office 365 - Microsoft Community


hi,

this problem reported with office 365 2016 ticket #30126-6706200, plenty of attachments. prior support group tried (i released control of laptop) , believes windows 10's. however, cannot forward ticket.

a brief summary follows: (i) hp envy laptop windows 10 version updated prior fall creators'; (ii) office 365 e3 2016 ditto; (iii) user, sharing no documents other people nor accessing device; (iv) fll creator's update without incidents in november; (v) right after update microsoft office upload center reports errors 90% or more of time open document: "file not saved" (it was); "server has updated version" (untrue, user); etc.

could please retrieve ticket images?
