usb communications error - Microsoft Community

i have 3 usb printers connected pc. brother laser , 2 brother label printers. 

'communications error between pc , label printer"

windows has stopped device because has reported problems. (code 43)
a request usb device descriptor failed.

hi russ,

in cases, error can caused corrupted driver.

for better assistance, we'll needing additional information:

  • have made recent changes on computer prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • have tried connecting printers 1 @ time know printer causing error?
