Laptop Crashed.... Help!! (Plz) - Microsoft Community

hi, laptop crashed. went blue screen, restarted , went different blue screen. says 'recovery pc/device needs repaired' has error code (error code: 0xc000185) , has 3 options. has 'try again' 'startup settings' , 'uefi firmware settings'. whenever choose startup or try again, comes same screen after saying loading. how fix laptop? (the laptop hp)

start laptop, hp logo disappears , windows attempts load, press , hold power button 5 - 10 seconds perform hard shut down

do twice

on third start windows boot recovery environment , there can access system repair, safe mode, command prompt . . . etc.

go troubleshoot - advanced option - system restore
check see if have restore point can go to

if not have restore point, go troubleshoot - advanced option - startup settings , click restart
upon restart, press 4 enter safe mode
once in safe mode, backup data if not have backup
open device manager , check make sure drivers date
reboot see if windows start
