Keyboard macros no longer work in game - Microsoft Community

hello,

i have g910 orion spectrum , g502 proteus use gaming. macros no longer work in game. 

i use pc gaming , bought them macro usage. problem this, when press macro key activate wont finish macro out entirety. results in making more problems if had done without macro , ends times choosing didn't want, i've searched on answer not come across same kind of symptoms or defects me.

this happens on both keyboard , mouse, neither finish macros out. i've updated firmware on both in past 2 months , had no issue after process think can eliminate that. strange have used test macro feature in logitech gaming app , keys assigned pressed actuated in test, why not in game?

things have done resolve issue include; uninstalling multiple times , going 2016 versions, uninstalling deleting logitech software out of ssd including profiles or residual files, reinstalling fresh version , making new macros. 

5 days after started, have since gone older keyboard (a microsoft x6 sidewinder) , macros no longer work on either. seems windows problem or 3rd party app interfering both keyboards, might causing this?

there quite number of factors could've caused issue. gamer , i'm using logitech g403 , razer ornata chroma, know how frustrating is. further assist issue, kindly answer these following questions:

  • have made changes pc prior issue?
  • have tried resetting macros?
  • have tried updating device drivers?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
