have same "code 19" error after uninstalling toshiba recovery media cre4ator,and toshiba disc creator. have done uninstall of device , restarted. has eatn entire day today , taken big pieces of time...toshiba kept me on teh phone 1 1/2 hours , refused give me registry keys delete repair situation---they did not listen me , wasted 1 1/2 hours of time , had unmitigated gall ask mondy "fix" it...i not believe have fix. wanted play around registry fee.  someone? please help?  thanks.

code 19 error 1 of several device manager error codes. it's caused 1 or more issues parts of windows registry contain driver , other information particular hardware device.

in case, suggest run windows registry checker. automatically scans system registry invalid entries , empty data blocks when started. if invalid registry entries detected, windows registry checker automatically restores previous day's backup. equivalent running scanreg /autorun command command prompt. if no backups available, windows registry checker tries make repairs registry. equivalent running scanreg /fix command command prompt. if registry contains more 500 kb of empty data blocks, windows registry checker automatically optimizes it.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
