Internet connexion suddenly cuts on certain programs and comes back - Microsoft Community

hello community, have incredibly strange problem going on internet connection.

my internet stops working on browsers, skype menu , video games menus, doesn't cut in ongoing skype calls , ongoing games. (it may cut  on other dtuff havent tried them)

the problem can solved trying load new page on browser, waiting page tell me there's no internet connection, , diagnostic problems. windows  then solved thr problem saying "my connection has connectivity problems". wouldnt  be such big deal if didnt happen every 2 minutes (literally).

while happens, experience extreme ping issues during online games, ping going 30 400, on thousand.

anyone knows fix? problem has been haunting me past month , it's killing me.

intermittent disconnection modem computer 1 of possible reasons why issue happening. resolve issue, suggest following recommended solutions in article.

if issue still persists, we'd confirm if issue occurs on other devices. if yes, recommend contacting internet service provider resolve internet issues.

if comes up, don't hesitate anytime.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
