i had fingerprint scanning device installed (hello), after reset of pc (hp pavilion dv 7) stopped working. hardware still there, software gone!

what should do?

if you're meaning installer finger print device, need contact manufacturer of device installer specific driver compatible windows 10. how set windows hello, can refer link windows 10 tip: how set windows 10 hello on pc.
