getting wide monitor view on of documents photos, illustrations , printed matter. have checked settings , setting portrait still showing wide view. using hp printer

for better assist display issue, we'd know following:

  • were there changes made computer prior issue (e.g. windows updates)?
  • are experiencing issue desktop icons/apps well?
  • can provide sample screenshot of issue?

how include screenshot in post shawn 'cmdr' keene [mvp].
