unable sign in w/o entering password though have put 'never' in settings  on sign in option page.

hi richn,

click start button, type netplwiz , hit enter

if prompted uac, click yes

in resulting dialog, uncheck option 'users must enter user name , password use computer box'

if prompted enter current password click ok


Windows / Windows 10 / Windows Hello, lock screen & sign-in
