use dial-up modem.but, doesn't connect internet. have laptop. connects dial modem perfectly. writing massage laptop. when want connect modem doesn't find connections software of dial-up found it.but doesn't connect because pc didn't find connection.what have now?

it appears dial-up connection set on laptop, problem internet doesn't come through. have tried creating new dial-up connection , see if pc able find connection? if not, suggest further isolate problem. in case it's configured still don't have internet access, suggest in touch internet service provider.

let know of need further information.
