**moved windows / windows 10 / windows settings.

i'm greg, volunteer installation specialist , 8 year windows mvp here you.

unfortunately we're not allowed crack password there's no way confirm you're owner.

can reset saving files (which should backed anyway).

since can't windows run it, must run advanced startup options here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-advanc...

since of methods require password, may need make bootable windows 10 media boot repairs:

first create windows 10 installation media on pc. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m...

insert media, boot powering pc while pressing bios boot menu key: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...

choose boot device uefi device if offered, on second screen choose repair computer. if media won't boot may need enter bios/uefi setup (pressing key given in chart in link above) turn off fast boot or fast startup first.

in troubleshoot options choose reset, save files. if have files backed can choose cleaner choice wipe drive.

if problems arise can use same bootable media vastly superior clean install better install amount of money can buy , great learning experience make master of pc because learn works best , how apply own hands. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

hope helps. feel free ask questions , let know how goes. i'll keep working until resolved.
