Windows Shutting Down Unexpectedly Following Upgrade to Fall Creators - Microsoft Community

hi,
on friday evening, upgraded windows 10 installation creators update fall creators update using update assistant - went perfectly. running version 1709 build 16299.19.
this afternoon while using it, around 3 hours of use shutdown unexpectedly. had chrome open , going through e-mails in outlook 2016. machine dropped. powered on , came fine.
the configuration change laptop in last week, upgrade fall creators update , never did under creators update. issue has occurred following upgrade.
i have looked through event viewer , have found following events logged when happened;

me if computer shuts down lost power , 30 seconds later reboots it's self realizing still has power. no crash log created result (cause no bsod or came before hand), , event log error reports after computer has booted saying shut down unexpected.
didn't have issue @ before update installed on november 1st updated me 1709 build/version. pretty sure feature update screwed up. did point microsoft phone support person thread try resolve issue. have me scheduled talk tier 2 tech (higher tier them) on monday try resolve things , i'll point them @ thread again microsoft know issue 1 way or if never respond thread.
