remote desktop services app on windows 10 hangs when opening published apps

i have remote desktop services deployment 1 gateway, 1 connection broker , 2 session hosts.  when clients connect using ie web app, there no issues @ all.  if connect using remote application , desktop connection again, no issues running published apps.  if run remote desktop app windows store, published apps show up, when try connect of them window opens , says connecting ever present scrolling dots.

looking @ event viewer on connection broker under terminal services - sessionbroker -client operational it shows session has been forwarded session host, , client shows connection has been established.  furthermore, session host shows listener rdp-tcp received connection.  shows session has exceeded disconnect time , logged off then remote desktop services network fair share disabled user followed logout message. 

this has been frustrating least.  suggestions appreciated.

just clear rds deployment running on windows server 2012 r2.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
