No login prompt and shift restart does not work - Microsoft Community

hello,

as wrote in subject, stuck @ login screen , cannot log in because there no login or password prompt.

when turn pc on login picture, press key , page without login prompt, without login avatar , name, have internet, ease of access , power icons.

i have tried boot safe mode pressing shift , restart @ same time doesn't work and  computer reboots normal restart. worked,  once, writing post , boot safe mode, did.

it allowed me log in when tried change password user account settings wouldn't load.

also chose boot safe mode networking there no network nor network connection in networking settings, internet controler (or device) not there.

now have restarted idiot , can't safe boot again i'm stuck.

also when hit restart says 'restarting', when shift restart says 'please wait' couple of seconds restarts anyway.

what should try if troubleshooting options , manage reboot safe mode, , should if can't , stay stuck @ login screen?

i need help.

edit : tried few things, upon suceedingly booting safe mode (which occured after awful lot of tries) :

i went services (control panel>administrative tools>services) , credential manager, right click, properties, startup type: automatic, apply, pressed start (in same window, under service status) , ok. restarted, nothing had changed, still no password prompt @ sign page.

i tried change password or more remove conventional way wouldn't work, tried this;

i opened command prompt, typed netplwiz, pressed ctrl+alt+del sent me sign screen of windows 10 except change password there. typed current password, left empty in 'new password' spaces , voilà, password removed.

so went msconfig disable safe mode @ boot, restarted computer, , i'm crying.

now, went computer boots, no sign screen or anything, instead, have black screen couple of seconds, can see cursor, , then, i'm sign screen without password prompt, @ beginning.

what do ?
