updated windows , second monitor color washed. (not intended picture, more of trippy color picture) have checked monitor , color scheme correct , looks great when not using input computer. know not cord because switched cords between both monitors , same 1 having problems. strange. used print screen see if catch , showed normal picture. i'm not sure should next. (i downloading updated video driver in case problem)

the issue may caused improper windows update installation. assist concern, we suggest perform system restore. this option takes pc earlier point in time, called system restore point. restoring won’t affect personal files, remove apps, drivers, , updates installed after restore point made. this, follow steps below:

  1. in search box, type control panel , press enter.
  2. on upper-right window, under view by, click category , select large icons.
  3. search control panel for recovery.
  4. select recovery > open system restore > next.
  5. choose restore point related problematic app, driver, or update, , select next > finish.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
