Mobile Hotspot Problem - Microsoft Community

i started using mobile hotspot on pc regularly. working till 1 day wouldn't turn on. 

that's error , can't explain it. i've checked , updated drivers , else can think of. else can attempt resolve this?

moved from:(windows / windows 10 / performance & system failures)

to isolate concern, recommend reconfigure mobile hotspot make things work. suggest uninstall network adapter through device manager. this, follow steps below:

  1. right-click on start menu.
  2. select device manager.
  3. look network adapters and click on expand.
  4. right-click network device , click on properties.
  5. go driver tab , select uninstall.
  6. restart computer changes take effect. note windows 10 includes native drivers network adapter. reinstalled automatically.
  7. in search box, type settings , press enter.
  8. click on network , internet.
  9. select mobile hotspot.
  10. turn on mobile hotspot.
  11. reconfigure wi-fi name , password.
  12. reconnect devices , check if issue persists.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
