i have glyph studioraid tb2 external hard drive , asus laptop running windows 10. had installed , formatted drive, , working beautifully several weeks. using thunderbolt connection.
one day worked fine, , next day computer no longer recognizes drive. doesn't show in file explorer, or in disk management. if connect drive different computer (windows 7, usb connection) shows fine, , folders , files there, seems have disappeared on windows 10 computer need use on.
i able find 2 instances of drive in device manager if go view menu , select show hidden devices. named differently ("glyph studioraid tb2-0" , "glyph studioraid tb2 scsi disk device"). based on other advice in microsoft community, tried delete these devices, not delete.
so question is, do able use drive on computer?
