External hard drive is not accessible - Microsoft Community

hi, have tablet pc external hard drive. windows asks scan , fix clicked on scan , fix during scanning , fixing process accidently canceled process, time unable open hard drive shows error drive not accessible , parameter incorrect. how can fix problem have 200 gb's of data , don't want loose it.

  • have tried using different ports connect external hard drive?
  • did try using other devices connect hard drive , access files?
