Rode Podcaster Driver Error Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i received rode podcaster microphone. when plugged in, installed drivers shows me have driver error. i'm not sure if can run drivers in compatibility mode automatically installed, don't know how access files drivers. please help.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
