Oytlook hyperlinks nor working - Microsoft Community

i have edge browser, windows 10 , outlook 2003. cannot open links in email on outlook, "operation cancelled due restrictions ..." etc. message.

i have edge browser , when try download internet explorer message incompatible system , not work on computer. therefore can not change "ie" seems answer similar problems posted .

any suggestions?

if received error this operation has been cancelled due restrictions in effect on computer, it can caused incompatibility of email link sent , version of outlook you're using. since you've mentioned device running on windows 10, should have internet explorer 11 default. if don't have it, we'd know version of internet explorer downloading , downloading it. also, opening links via outlook app or outlook web?

in meantime, can try following steps provided in article using easy fix resolve issue.

we'll keep eye out response.
