i have windows 10 pro os, on machine 4gb ram, hdd 320gb: p1.[sys] (occupied: 33gb, free: 17gb, total: 50gb)

"kmode_exception_not_handled" failed: win32kbase.sys  , @ next restart or shutdown appears win32kfull.sys file variety on same theme.

i entered in command prompt , did chkdsk [drive] /f /x  results: no bads on hdd: p1.[sys], did sfc /scannow without result: no files changed, integrity ok. did sfc /verifyfile [drive][path_to_file]win32kbase.sys , then win32kfull.sys same result previous:  no files changed, integrity ok.

i'm desperate, don't know should do. update bios, tested ram: ok.

drivers check system maker fallbacks , device maker's current. right click start button- device manager - display adapter - write down make , complete model of video adapter - double click - driver's tab - write down version info. click update driver (this may not ms far behind certifying drivers) - right click - uninstall - reboot refresh driver stack.

repeat network - network card (nic), wifi, sound, mouse , keyboard if 3rd party own software , drivers , other major device drivers have.

go system maker's site (dell, hp, toshiba examples) (as rollback) , device maker's site (realtek, intel, nvidia, ati examples) , latest versions. (look bios, chipset, , software updates @ system maker's site while there.)

download - save - go put them - right click - run ad admin - reboot after each installation.

check in device manager - drivers tab sure version installing shows up. because drivers rollback before latest installed (sound drivers particularly this) install driver - reboot - check sure installed , repeat needed.

repeat @ device makers - btw @ device makers not run scanner - check manually model.

manually @ manufacturer's sites drivers - , device maker's sites.
