when press refresh windows or chrome system frozed down whit message "attemption repairs " cant able log in nothing. if tried reset doesnt able fined fix point going .....all new windows crapp. cant reset cabt nothing!!!!!

we need ask following questions can concern:

  • what make , model of computer?
  • when did issue started happen?
  • are there specific applications, aside chrome, trying open causes computer freeze up?
  • have done updates on computer prior this?
  • have change settings on computer, both physical , software setup, before issue occurred?
  • what other troubleshooting steps have done far?
