Windows 10 Updates Making Our Office Inoperable - Microsoft Community

i have windows 10 set not optimize updates. have active hours set. yet windows 10 updates still bringing down our entire office of 20 people entire day everytime windows pushes update. way can stop physically pull ethernet cables windows 10 systems. our bandwidth gets restored. 

so there no way windows 10 download updates @ night??? not needing restart or install updates specific time. have 10mb of bandwidth , have 2 video conferencing systems set up. have no bandwidth download w10 updates @ anytime during day. 

at moment have each computers w10 update service disabled. or have work home on usable residential connections. 

all of mind-blowingly absurd. else dealing latest microsoft nightmare? understand gpo can set not on domain. have visitors w10 systems... cannot go around each computer , enable update service every week --this going pre 2010... can explain why microsoft doing , solution other switching on linux or osx? higher bandwidth not option until 2019...

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
