why won't windows 10 find nuvi 50lm

hi saundra,

we need ask following questions can concern:

  • what make , model of computer?
  • when computer cannot find device, did mean connecting device , computer doesn't recognize it?
  • how connecting device computer? via wired or wireless connection?
  • were able connect device before computer or first time?
  • what error message have received when connecting device computer?
  • what other troubleshooting steps have done far?
