USB Speaker not working - Microsoft Community

have usb speaker (without audio 3.5mm jack usb) , cant seem work desktop (windows 10 64bit) 
problem usb audio 2.0. says on device status "this device cannot start. (code 10). specified request not valid operation target device". 

how can fix this? troobleshooting doesnt work. have updated driver still not working. can help?

have looked @ device manager, sound, video, game controller?

also audio input , out put?

also click on speaker icon on taskbar , ^ , pick speakers?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
