this issue may occur if there's third-party antivirus software prevents installation of printer's driver. recommend temporarily disable antivirus software or security-related products , check if can install printer's driver. if have third-party antivirus software, check manual comes software on how disable it.

note: antivirus software helps protect computer against security threats. if needed, can temporarily disable software troubleshooting purposes. however, should enable again you're done troubleshooting avoid virus or malware attacks.
