wondering if way can solve spend money on hardware hoping wasn't.

hi,

the way change scroll speed/quantity on mouse & touchpad settings.

other scroll function depend on make , model of mouse. check windows store software can modify or change mouse functions. make sure download 1 highest rating avoid future issues.
