How to Reinstall/Reset/ReBoot Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

my window 10 machine won't reboot.

i've tried of system restore, startup repair, resetting options , nothing works. not have restore point created on drive.  my machine not have dvd port access external software.

can use command prompts reset/restore machine? if so, how do it.

help!

since don't have cd tray, can use usb stick fix it.  go download windows 10 website, , download tool.  run , tell when plugin usb drive.  once drive ready, plug usb stick broken computer , boot , can reinstall fresh , clean, brand new.
