Eject C: Drive appearing on taskbar

this appears on "safely remove hardware" icon:

i don't know why started appear or when, really. don't think i've made changes myself make happen.

the inserted thing have wireless mouse, when eject ieee 1394 controller nothing seems happen not mouse , don't know is.

trying eject c: says can't removed because it's in use.

but either way, i'm sure neither of these should there. do it?
