Blue Screen Error - Microsoft Community

hey, guys hope having day. following issue has been happening time , i've decided cannot ignore longer. issue occurs randomly.

i using computer , of sudden become slow , laggy. if playing game become unbearable. on desktop , start slow , stutter lot. have hard time attempting restart computer. if did manage restart computer issue fixed until start become slow again. however, if not able restart fast enough blue screen show below. (sorry don't know how make spoiler tab) 

anyways appreciated.

i ran problem, this pc ran problem , needs restart. talked answer desk tech guy , gave me steps troubleshoot issue.

fix blue screen error updating display adapter:

1. please right click on start menu , click on device manager.

2. on list of devices menu, please choose display adapter.
3. please click on display adapter see display devices on list. (for me, is: intel hd graphics & microsoft basic display adapter)
4. please choose intel hd graphics click on next install (manual update).

5. should installing success.

6. please restart device change take affect.

at least intel hd graphics device.

p.s. the blue screen error has display adapter? intel graphics driver device make viewing display work properly. also, updates should able detect updates, in many cases, not, since latest driver updated. when manually update driver needed. told me helped people type of issue many of times. should work others have same issues me. :) luck!

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
