mobile hotspot doesn't work. keeps on saying "we cant setup mobile hotspot" i've tried everything, kindly assist.

we need more information regarding concern mobile hotspot. able use before? when did issue start? there changes made computer before issue started? exact troubleshooting steps you've taken far? avoid providing same steps.
