Why does my pc not boot every time and not just when it feels like - Microsoft Community

using windows 10 professional, amd phenom 2 x 4, nvidia 426 gtx, 12 gb ram.

tried safe mode, disk optimiser, check errors, disk clean , pc self diagnostics.  pc says working fine, is, when boots up.

i no expert or technician , don't want make things worse; so, can please help?

when not boot everytime, saying not power on? or power on, windows 10 not load or fails boot desktop?

if windows 10 fails load or boot desktop, see a: black screen or error message? if see error message, say?

have tried swapping out video cards see if problem persists?
possible 1 of video cards failing or not fitted securely in system unit along other components such ram sticks.

if not comfortable working in side computer, should take professional pc services company can make proper diagnosis , inform @ same time.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
