suddenly page turned sideways - including taskbar. can't drag taskbar proper position there no crossbars. windwos 10

for narrow down concern taskbar location has been changed, know following:

  • when did issue first begin?
  • were there changes made on computer prior issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
  • to make sure have not missed on anything, troubleshooting steps have done far?
