hi,

i'm sick , tired of windows 10 updates.everytime updates messes pc "laptop". there still problems sound,

i need reboot pc sound "hp" windows 7 upgraded windows 10.

now have problem, reboot"restart" takes long time 20min.the screen says please wait getting windows ready???

why many problems windows 10 after 4 years?why  didn't have these problems windows7?

most likely, issue caused software conflicts or corrupted system files on computer. recommend follow these methods fix problem:

method 1: run power troubleshooter.

  1. on cortana search, type troubleshooting.
  2. select troubleshooting from list.
  3. click view all in left pane of window.
  4. select power to run troubleshooter.
  5. click next and follow on-screen instructions.

method 2: run system file checker.

check article on how use system file checker tool repair missing or corrupted system files.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
