PC will not go to sleep due to RealTek audio stream in use. - Microsoft Community


i have set pc sleep after 20 mins,

however have noticed doesnt sleep , when run powercfg -requests see following

none.

audio stream in use.

none.

none.

there nothing can see using audio stream. have looked in advanced power settings under multimedia , nothing there prevent pc going sleep.

pressing sleep button still sends pc sleep.

any advice welcome.

for narrow down , provide proper resolution, may know if have installed software applications or changed hardware devices device prior concern?

when did start encountering issue?
changes made on computer prior issue?
have tried possible troubleshooting steps? if yes, steps , did error messages?
