i have had error past 2 months , tried everything. have deleted , redownloaded/ updated of drivers, have many , dont know if updated them all. have tried doing troubleshoot "startup repair" said not repair pc. dont know next because everytime something, works 1-2 hours , freezes , goes bsod. goes bsod through lock screen.

please me. computer new pretty high specs don't understand why happening. have seen many complaints online , how has windows 10. please microsoft fix this.

the blue screen error can caused either software or hardware issue. remember significant changes have been made computer before issue started? if have working computer, prepare media creation tool , repair upgrade. follow these steps in forum article created andre da costa.
