i can log in only by using the on-sreeen keyboard please help - Microsoft Community

normal log in not working. curser not advance when use mouse , keyboard recent insider-update installed,and started problem,i think. pc  says updated windows 10. need  please . tx pat wait answer.

okay, logon via on-screen keyboard. run keyboard troubleshooter control panel > troubleshooting > view all. see if helps you.
