Since an "update" about two months ago, my open programs keep - Microsoft Community


randomly, throughout day, open file folder , programs crash. screen blacks out, , items return, open , running, , not. has been happening 2 months now, , getting frustrated. seems have started after automatic "update" seems have, in opinion, ruined computer. have sent feedback many, many, many times, have received absolutely nothing back. going have windows recovery things normal? , lose personal data , programs result? make stop? new asus computer laptop, purchased less year ago, reason can't outdated computer.

moved from:     windows / windows 10 / files, folders, & storage

i did that

also added program files folder excluded folders

also added exe .exe dll .dll file  types , processes

and having side side problem , tried methods available guys in vain

i cannot reinstall windows because have lots of unfinished work

hi not microsoft employee. nor mvp here sounds if should try windows troubleshooters in settings >>update , security>> troubleshooters..also sfc , dism , see if of you. running other av or malewarebytes? if malwarebytes there settings should change. in settings make sure malewarbytes not registering in windows action center , delay startup. both (defender , malwarebytes) check exploits , unaware of conflict there may be. if have try settings told about.

you may want remove added controlled folder access , turn off. after have removed everything. not ready feature in opinion , many others. many people have totally disabled .i  have disabled it. have not included other things have tried. may have in place  repair of windows 10 if nothing else works. hope here you. know hassle .windows 10 has caused more headaches should have. many bugs , not enough fixing. sorry if not of you.
