Network Connections Manager? - Microsoft Community


what name of manager controls device connections other computers on closed network, mine? 

the issue many client comps connecting server computer, trying close old connections other computers can access shared files attached it. in advance!

we acknowledge remove old computers have been added network file sharing , assist on this, kindly confirm if you're referring windows homegroup. if yes, may follow steps below remove old computers homegroup connection.

  1. start opening file explorer.
  2. in navigation pane on left, scroll down , expand homegroup folder.
  3. in folder, you'll see list of pcs in homegroup. pcs unavailable on network dimmed. if computer asleep, turned off, or disconnected network, show unavailable.
  4. click name of computer remove.
  5. after clicking, on right, click "remove <computername> homegroup" option. no confirmation prompted computer removed homegroup.
