i did trouble shooting, windows updating (failed), , trying install .net software installation, not successful.  error continuing

hi siri,

system file corruption 1 of possible reasons why having .net framework issues in windows 10. troubleshoot issue, suggest creating new user on computer see if same issue occur on different user profile. this, follow steps in article.
