Extreamly high ISR counts after November 2017 Windows 10 upgrade - Microsoft Community

these 2 drivers clocking high isr rates.  have tried normal methods resolve, still occurs in clean mode.  drivers date, no windows maintenance missing etc.

wdf01000.sys   kernel mode driver framework runtime   isr count 37889123  dpc count 106050
hdaudbus.sys   high definition audio bus driver              isr count 39984532 dpc count      0

system interrupts in task manager running 15%.

what suggest?
