purchased desktop https://goo.gl/6jybh6 2 1/2 years ago refurbished canada computers (my first mistake) sales man had told me gaming computer (a complete **** lie) , "refurbished" means quality assured second time , refurbs better regular priced computers, that's besides point. give little context used computer play games such garry's mod, tf2, 7 days, civ 5, minecraft, world of warcraft , league of legends. problem league reason never update because computer freeze or restart when game open. thought wasn't big deal , moved on yet still lingering thought, 1 day attempted play robocraft. able launch , play reason @ random intervals freeze or restart windows. getting tired of contacted microsoft no given except **** website link clean computer of viruses didn't have. fast forward today, had paid computer repair shop fix computer, ended doing added **** $30 geforce 8400 gs computer, bottlenecking pc, fixing problem temporarily. had noticed problem reoccurring couple weeks ago didn research, learned pc parts , taught myself build pc. took apart entire computer put , plug computer right motherboard because integrated graphics far superior **** card. noticed significant power , performance increase , happy (for 2 **** days) , problem started happening again. 6 days ago purchased 256 gb ssd , migrated windows 10 hard disk solid state. assuming failing hard drive cause windows random freezing , crashing. of today nothing has changed. problem has gotten bad apps fine use. skype, discord, minecraft , wow no longer seem pc crash computer. **** chrome playing music, browsing internet or watching **** video cause crash. here hoping 1 can me. tell me whether hopeless or parts need, or actual solution. please need

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
