Win 10 laptop not sending all info to printer - Microsoft Community

win 10 laptop sending part of info printer. i've tried 2 printers (a new canon , epson printer)and various documents , result same. highlighting , underlines seem sent through , not words! 2 printers both o.k. , print same documents correctly using win 8.1 laptop. i've tried stopping , starting print spooler - no effect. laptop used print o.k. answers welcome! 

have solved problem. found anti virus software requiring printer set trusted before send info printer. i'm amazed software allowed pictures , underlines through printer not text.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
