Why after the recent windows update, neither can I access nor can I - Microsoft Community

there large update windows 10, after i've downloaded , installed update neither can access nor can activate mobile hotspot feature in win10 laptop. ran smooth , didn't have rely on third party apps can annoying sometimes. cannot that, whenever try access mobile hotspot section of settings starts , there ever waiting sign keeps rotating @ place no change in state. i've contacted support, given feedback, no reply them. if of can suggest me ways make place again before.

error message? try resetting network connections: open command prompt , run administrator, type following commands pressing enter @ end of each command line.
netsh winsock reset
     netsh int ip reset
     netsh advfirewall reset
   ipconfig / flushdns
    ipconfig / release
    ipconfig / renew
  close , restart computer @ end of commands.
