i have usb2.0 endoscope waterproof camera windows not recognize. can me out

hello,

outdated usb driver 1 of possible causes why camera not recognize computer. isolate concern, kindly answer these questions:

  • have tried put different port , see if issue persists?
  • do have other computer can attach camera can identify if issue coming camera or computer itself?
  • have made hardware or software changes computer?
